At the regular Gerrish Township Board Meeting held on April 12, 2022, Andrew Taylor was formally sworn in by Gerrish Twp. Clerk Kathleen Patchin as our Department’s newest Road Patrol Officer. After Officer Taylor received the Oath of Office, his badge pinning was done by his wife Jasmine. Andrew had the support of the Department staff and his family in the audience during the ceremony.
Officer Taylor joins our Department with 3 years of law enforcement experience and is currently in our Field Training Program.
He looks forward to serving the Gerrish Township Police Department and our community…welcome him when you see him!
Andrew’s hire on April 2, 2022 brings our Department back up to a full staff of 7 full-time officers at this time.
