REGISTER NOW for the Sept. 14th TORCH RUN

Save the date SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 and join local police officers as they run in the 2016 Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Michigan.

The 5K Run (or bike ride) will start at 4:00 p.m. behind the Gerrish Township Municipal Center (2997 E. Higgins Lake Drive) and finish at the South Higgins Lake State Park. Hot dogs and water will be served at the end of the run and transportation will be provided back to the municipal center.

Registration fee is $25.00 and includes a dri-fit shirt. Registration forms are available at the Gerrish Twp. Police Department or on our website at www.gerrishpolice.org.

Get those running shoes (or bikes) out and help support our local Special Olympic athletes (over half of the money raised from our community run will support our local athletes). Challenge your friends and family or even put together a team from work and be part of one of the largest community runs in Michigan (we are second largest after Midland Police Department).
